Baytown Detectives conducted interviews, executed search warrants, and collected physical evidence, all of which allowed detectives to develop significant “Probable Cause”, the results of which led to the arrests of two new persons connected to this case. Baytown detectives have arrested two individuals that were complicit with both the abduction of Jarvis Morgan and Alex Chavez, and who also stood by while the two teenagers were murdered. Both of these individuals are in custody in the Baytown Jail, and will be charged with Capital Murder through the Chambers County District Attorney’s Office later today. After the charges are filed the two individuals will be transported to the Chambers County Jail to await prosecution. An intensive manhunt is also underway to locate Brandon Flores, who has already been charged with Capital Murder, but has fled to avoid apprehension.
