Story 2: Around 4 PM on Tuesday, August 29th, Mont Belvieu Fire Department responded to the scene of a grass fire off Wallace Road. The fire quickly spread and mutual aid was provided by several surrounding fire departments namely, Baytown, Beach City, Cove and Liberty County. According the Brian Ligon, spokesperson for Mont Belvieu, the fire crossed multiple pipeline easements. After several hours, the fire was extinguished.
Story 3: This accident occurred Sunday, August 27, at the intersection of North Main and Asher in Baytown. The female driver lost control of her vehicle and it flipped upside down. Thankfully, the female was not hurt.
