07.14.22 Two Stories: Baytown SWAT and Structure Fire July 14, 2022 Baytown Cops BaytownCops.com News, BaytownCops.com Videos, Featured Articles, Slider, Uncategorized 0 Case # 2022-35290 On July 13, 2022 at approximately 9:15 p.m., our officers responded to a disturbance call involving a suspect with a gun at a residence in the 600 block of Pinebrook Lane. During the disturbance, the male subject had a handgun and made threats towards his girlfriend. The girlfriend and two other subjects – who were in the residence at the time – were able to flee, no injuries were reported. The male barricaded himself inside the residence and refused to come out. As protocol, the SWAT team and Negotiators responded. After SWAT cleared the residence, it was discovered the subject had already fled. Harris County ADA accepted 2nd degree felony charges of Aggravated Assault with a Weapon on suspect; a to-be warrant was filed.
