Story 1: This incident occurred Sunday evening at the Baytown Marina in the Highway 146 Business District. The owner of a K-9 business plummeted his vehicle into the Marina. He was rescued by Baytown Fire and Rescue. He refused the services of Life Flight because his dogs were not allowed to go with him in the helicopter.
