Baytown Police have arrested a man after he claimed responsibility for killing his 63-year-old estranged wife at his apartment in the 3100 block of Decker Sunday morning. A preliminary investigation shows the victim was stabbed and her throat was cut. Detectives have obtained a search warrant and are processing the scene. Charges are pending in this ongoing Murder investigation. I will follow up with you as information becomes available.
