Official Press Release Concerning Shooting:
2020-54536 – On November 8th at 6:26 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at the Reserve Apartments in the 3700 block of Garth. Upon arrival officers learned that a 28 year old male has been shot in the parking lot of the complex. As officers began their investigation they learned the male had been in an altercation with his girlfriend, who lived at the apartment, which had turned physical. The family of the girlfriend arrived at the complex a short time later at which time the male allegedly agreed to leave and was in the process of loading his belongings into his car when an unknown person, or persons, shot him multiple times in the arm and leg. The male was transported to Clear Lake Regional Hospital to be treated for his non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives are investigating.

Story 1: Late Saturday evening, the driver of the pickup shown in this video lost control and rolled his vehicle. He was airlifted to a Houston hospital. The accident occurred on I-10 West near Hankamer.
Story 2: A man was taken by private vehicle to Baytown Houston Methodist Hospital early Sunday morning after being found in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. The shooting occurred at The Reserve Apartments in the 3700 block of Garth Road. Check back for the official Baytown police press release.
