2020-47425 – On September 28th at 6:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 301 Tri- City Beach Road. While enroute dispatch advised officers of the description of the suspect, who was alleged to have been waving a gun around, firing one shot. While in the area officers located a subject matching the description given, who was identified as 28 year old John Joseph of Baytown. Mr. Joseph was found to have an outstanding local warrant for criminal mischief and was placed under arrest and subsequently transported to the Baytown Jail. During the investigation it was determined that the incident stemmed from a physical altercation between Mr. Joseph and his brother, who lived in the complex. There were no injuries related to the disturbance. Mug shot attached.
