Shortly after 5 pm today, Sunday, March 1st, Baytown Fire and Rescue, EMS and Baytown Police responded to the scene of a major accident on Highway 146 near the West Texas exit. The driver of this truck was headed northbound on Highway 146 when he hit the dividing wall causing his truck to rest on top of the wall headed south. The driver was ejected from his vehicle and was airlifted to a Houston hospital in serious condition.
