2020-4043 – After numerous interviews and several days of active investigation, on January 28th Detectives were able to identify and locate one of the suspects in this case, identified as 32 year old Amy Fleming of Baytown. As a result of the investigation, which is still ongoing, Detectives have arrested and charged Fleming with Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for her role in the assault. Detectives are still investigating to determine the identities of any other suspects who may have been involved in this heinous assault and as such additional arrests are possible as this investigation continues to unfold.
