UPDATE/Official HCSO Press Release:
On Sunday, November 3, 2019, at approximately 9:20pm, HCSO patrol units responded to a disturbance call at 11915 Crosby Lynchburg, the Barrett Station Grocery Store in east Harris County. Upon arrival on the scene, deputies found an adult Hispanic male shot and down in the parking lot of the business. The male was pronounced dead on the scene. Investigators learned that the victim was involved in a verbal altercation with what is believed to be another adult Hispanic Male (suspect). During the altercation the suspect shot and killed the victim and then fled the scene in a small white vehicle.
