Story 1: These are two Baytown police officers mowing the yard of an elderly woman on Monday.
The officers were dispatched to an alarm call at a residence in the 800 block of S. Circle. Upon arrival they found a 76 year old woman in her house who apparently had gotten overheated while mowing her yard.
The officers, Troy Crawford and Clint Holden, stepped up and finished mowing the yard and bagging the clippings for the woman after they made sure she was okay.
This is just another example of our officers going far above and beyond in their daily service to our community. We are extremely proud of both of them for their commitment to service and excellence.

Story 2: On Saturday, June 31, several women were questioned concerning shoplifting allegations. Two of the women were taken into custody by Baytown police for reportedly shoplifting at Old Navy and Children’s Place on Garth Road.
