| Story 1: On Thursday evening, April 11, the driver of an 18 wheeler lost control on Highway 146 North at the West Main exit and caused two other vehicles to collide. No injuries were sustained by any of the individuals involved in the collision. The accident is being investigated to determine why the driver of the 18 wheeler lost control. Story 2: 2019-21268 – On April 12th at 2:07 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence in the 3400 block Creekbend. Upon arrival officers found a 24 year old male resident of the home had suffered what appears to be a self-inflicted injury to his head with what appears to have been a flare gun. The subject was air lifted to Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston where at last report he was listed in critical condition.
