The officer thought it was a robbery because he saw two individuals run from Power Mart 4 at Ward and N. Alexander Drive and get into a nearby vehicle. After a pursuit, the individuals fled from the vehicle and only one juvenile was apprehended and currently charged (not arrested) for evading. The case is under investigation. Cedar Bayou Lynchburg, in reference to a subject that had attempted to steal two televisions from Walmart. The officer located Francisco Garcia hiding underneath a vehicle in the back of Luna’s Restaurant. As the officer approached Garcia, he said, “the television was only $200.” Garcia was placed in custody and according to the manager at Walmart, Francisco had placed to televisions, valued at a total of $546.00, in a shopping cart and proceeded to exit the store when he was confronted by another employee.
