02.11.19 Two Stories: Officer Assaulted and Overturned 18-Wheeler February 11, 2019 Baytown Cops BaytownCops.com Videos, Featured Articles, Slider 0 Story 1: 2019-8574 – Assault on a Public ServantOn Saturday, February 9th at 1:20 p.m., Baytown police responded to the Centennial Square Apartments located at 805 Schilling Street, in reference to a suspicious person. The officers were advised that two subjects, later identified as Sean Bradford and Dustin Patterson, were in the stairway and possibly on drugs. The officers made contact with the two subjects and observed both of them acting erratic and grinding their teeth. One of the officer’s approached Patterson and he ran. The officer gave chase and quickly apprehended Patterson. The other officer attempted to put Bradford in restraints, until the situation was under control. Bradford tried pulling away and then kicked the officer in the groin and stomach areas. Bradford was eventually handcuffed and both subjects were transported to the City jail. Bradford was charged with Assault on a Public Servant, PCS, Public Intoxication and Failure to ID. Patterson was charged with Evading, PCS and PI. Mug shots attached. The accident occurred at Highway 146 S and W. Texas. Thankfully, the driver was not injured. S�Q3���
