On Thursday, January 3rd at 3:37 a.m., Baytown Police responded to a commercial burglary
alarm at the Birdsong Pharmacy located at 4002 Garth Road. Upon arrival, the officers entered into an adjoining business, via a window, which was already removed. The officers
observed damage to an adjoining wall. The subject(s) were not able to penetrate the adjoining walls.
They tried but were unsuccessful. K-9 was dispatched to the location and after searching the area, officers did not locate any subjects.
