Vehicle Pursuit Involving a Naked Woman
Case 2018-70405
On December 8th
at 1:41 p.m., a Baytown police officer was notified by a
motorist that a black vehicle was parked horizontally on S. SH-146 and Massey
Tompkins. The officer proceeded to conduct a welfare check of the vehicle when he
observed a woman enter the vehicle and drive away at a rapid speed. The officer
activated his overhead lights and siren…to no avail. The driver tossed her clothing out
of the driver’s side window and failed to stop at several red lights. The pursuit finally
ended near N. SH-146 and Needlepoint Road.
The driver exited the vehicle without any clothing on and ran into a nearby open
field and fell to the ground. The officers gave the woman several commands to stay on
the ground. The woman complied temporarily and then proceeded to get up again.
Additional officers arrived on scene and took 26 year-old Attaree Milton into custody
without further incident. Milton has a parole violation out of Austin for Assault on a
Peace Officer. She is being charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle.
Story 2: On Friday, December 7th, a maintenance worker at the Jindal plant on fM 565 was working on on a machine when he became wedged between two compressors. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced him unresponsive. The worker died at the scene.
