08.27.18 Man Found Dead at Old Kroger Store on Garth

2018-49896 – On August 25^th at 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a welfare concern at the old Kroger in the 4500 block of Garth. Report was a male was lying on the ground by the doors who didn’t appear to be breathing. Upon arrival officers found a white male, subsequently identified as 38 year old Daniel Agee of Baytown, lying on his back along with  bags containing his belongings. Mr. Agee was pronounced deceased by EMS, who had also responded to the call. There were no apparent signs of foul play or trauma, however an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.  Detectives are investigating.
