Disturbance leads to shooting of 16 year old
Update 5-4-18 @ 1:30 p.m.
Baytown Detectives are currently seeking the public’s help with locating 22
year old Felipe Castillo of Baytown, who is considered a suspect in this
case, so he can be interviewed. While there are currently no charges filed, it
is believed that Mr. Castillo was involved in the original physical
altercation, which was between him and the 16 year old in the alleyway.
Once the altercation was broken up by the citizen, evidence suggests that
Mr. Castillo went to his nearby residence and returned with the shotgun.
Mr. Castillo should be considered armed and dangerous so we ask anyone
who may know his whereabouts to please contact the Baytown Police
Department or Baytown Crimestoppers at 281-427-TIPS.
The three individuals who were originally detained by police were
determined to not have been involved in the incident and were
subsequently released.
