2018-25534 – On May 1st at 11:12 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 2600 block of Bayou Drive in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant who advised they were sleeping when they heard someone outside. When the complainant went to investigate he found his 36 year old brother outside with a head injury, possibly from a stab wound. When officers talked to the victim he gave multiple varying accounts of where and how the injuries occurred. One of those accounts was that he had been assaulted in Deer Park and was brought to the residence by a female and dropped off. Another was that he had been held against his will for several days before being assaulted and dropped off in Baytown and walking to his brother’s residence. Yet another story was that he was held at a house in Deer Park for several days before being blindfolded and brought to Baytown, where he was assaulted and released before walking to his brother’s residence. None of these stories were able to be corroborated, Deer Park PD was contacted and they had no reports of a stabbing or assault as described by the victim. The victim was transported to a Clear Lake hospital to be treated for his non-life threatening injuries.
