2018-18710 – On March 30th at 2:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to the I-HOP located in the 5000 block of Garth Road in reference to a fight. The original caller stated there were approximately 15 people near a red vehicle in the parking lot fighting. However when officers arrived they located only two subjects, 28 year old Wyman Richardson and 32 year old Juan Garza, both of Baytown. Mr. Richardson and Mr. Garza were determined to be the ones involved in the fight, not 15 people as first reported. As officers contacted Mr. Richardson he was determined to be intoxicated therefore he was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct/Fighting. Mr. Garza was also placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct/Fighting. Both men were transported to the Baytown Jail and booked on the aforementioned charges. It is not known what prompted the fight in the first place. Mug shots attached.
