2017-26306 – On May 2nd at 9:16 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Marina Club Apartments, located in the 1200 block of Missouri, in reference to a person with a weapon call. upon arrival officers learned that a black male had pulled a shotgun on a three people in the complex. The offender had allegedly assaulted someone in the complex and as the three residents were inquiring about the assault, which the black male was suspected of committing, the offender ran into an apartment and returned with a shotgun. The offender pointed the shotgun at all the residents and even placed it against the back of one of them, placing the person in fear of his life, before the offender ran inside his apartment. Officers attempted to get the offender to exit his apartment with no success. Officers contacted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and explained the facts of the case at which time charges of Aggravated Assault were accepted on the offender. The offender is not in custody at this time. No mug shot available.
