2016-69891 – On December 14th at 6:10 p.m., officers responded to an accident in the 2900 block of McKinney involving a passenger car and a motorcycle. During the investigation it was determined that the motorcycle was traveling north on McKinney and the passenger car was traveling southbound. The passenger car was attempting to turn left into a private drive and turned in front of the motorcycle causing the two to collide. The driver of the passenger car was cited for failure to yield right of way while turning left. The operator of the motorcycle, a 44 year old Baytown man, was air lifted to a Houston area hospital to be treated for his injuries. His condition is unknown at this time
