Traffic flow came to a total halt today, Tuesday, October 4, 2016, on Highway 146 at West Main in Baytown. The driver of this 18-wheeler amazingly escaped injury when one of the tires blew out on his truck causing him to lose control and hit the outside guard rail. The cab of the truck as well as the trailer caught on fire. Eventually the traffic flow was restored after many hours.
