While officers were searching the area they received reports of two males walking on the feeder road of Interstate 10, however, a short time later a second caller reported two suspicious males in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 6900 blk. of North Main. Responding officers were able to locate the two subjects, both juvenile males, 15 and 16 years old. The two juveniles were taken into custody and transported to the Baytown Police Department. One of the males, the driver, was charged with felony evading in a motor vehicle and transported to Juvenile Detention in Houston, the other juvenile, the passenger of the vehicle, was charged with misdemeanor evading on foot and released to his parents.
