04.17.16 Major Accident on Highway 146 North

Baytown’s emergency personnel responded to the scene of a major accident on Highway 146 North on Saturday, April 16, 2016.  One witness said the male driver of the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed.  The driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
