The search for the second suspect has concluded – after an intense search by ground and air, we were unable to locate him. The police perimeter and traffic barricades have been removed and citizens are encouraged to resume their normal travel. The suspect our officer shot and arrested has been identified as 47 year old Houston man Terrence Dewayne Small (photo attached). Small is in stable condition at a local hospital where he is being treated for a gunshot wound to the hip. Detectives anticipate filing charges on Small today for 1st Degree Felony Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant and 2nd Degree Felony Aggravated Robbery.
