03.10.16 Homeowner Fired at Tow Truck Driver

Official Baytown Police Press Release:  2016-13388 – On March 7th and at 11:46 pm Baytown Police were called to investigate a suspicious person call which later resulted in a shots being fired call in the 400 block of E Humble Avenue. Police arrived and discovered that Leo Joseph Bailey, 65 to have been in possession of a pellet pistol in his home. It is unknown if Bailey had fired his pellet pistol at anyone and Bailey was not charged as according to the report.

2016-13445 – On March 8, 2016 and at 11:00 pm, A 2014 Red Buick was repossessed from the 400 block of E Humble Avenue.
