On Friday afternoon, Philip Hickman was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after Baytown detectives located him in the 900 block of Leadenhall in Channelview. Hickman initially refused to exit the residence and the Harris County Sheriff’s High Risk Operations Unit (HROU) was summoned to assist with his capture. Hickman surrendered and was arrested without incident as HROU made their initial approach. Hickman was transported by Hot Spot officers to the Baytown Municipal Jail. Mug attached. A bond has not been set as of this writing. Robert Melvin was located and is no longer considered to be a person of interest. The investigation of this crime is ongoing
