This report is based on information gathered at the scene and is not the official Baytown Police report. This morning, Saturday, July 18, 2015, an accident occurred when a vehicle driven by a female ran through a stop sign at Highway 99 and Kilgore parkway in Baytown, Texas. Her vehicle was hit by a dump truck that was traveling south on Highway 99. The female died at the scene in the fiery explosion of the vehicle. The driver of the dump truck was air lifted with 3rd degree burn to a Houston hospital. Please pray for the families
