2015-32330 30 year old Derrick Bernard was arrested for Public Intoxication Sunday morning , June 21, 2015, at 1:45 a.m. He was found drunk in a muddy field, wearing only underwear and yelling that he had been shot. Officers found Bernard was not injured, just highly intoxicated. Mug attached.
