The Baytown Police Department is seeking the location of 20 year old Beach City man Brandon Alejandro Flores. Brandon is a person of interest in our investigation of missing teenagers Jarvis Morgan and Alex Chavez. He was the last person to have spoken with them. Brandon’s parents reported him as a missing person to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Department on February 27th. A photograph of Brandon is attached.
