Three Vehicular Accidents

Baytown Police and other emergency personnel responded to the scene of three major accidents that occurred in Baytown, Texas.  The first one occurred on Saturday night, February 27, 2010, on the Spur 330  overpass near Decker Drive.  The wrecked vehicle had been abandoned and Police are still investigating the case.  On Sunday night, February 28, 2010, Baytown PD investigated two accidents that occurred simultaneously.  One occurred on the Spur 330 flyover; it involved two vehicles.  The victims were taken by ambulance to Ben Taub Hospital in Houston.  The other accident was a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Ward Road.  The  vehicle was driven by a female who was taken by Lifeflight to Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas.  According to Baytown PD, her injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

Audio Correction:  The first accident occurred on Saturday night, February 27, NOT February 22.  The second and third accidents occurred on Sunday night, February 28.
