Intoxicated Man Apprehended

On Friday night, February 19, 2010, Baytown Emergency Medical Services responded to the call of what was reported to be two men  in a ditch on  Archer Road.  It was reported that both men were bleeding.  EMS responded and found noone.  Minutes later, BaytownCops.com’s cameraman spotted a man standing near a mailbox on Barkuloo Road and discovered that he was the man that EMS was seeking to locate.   Harris County Sheriff’s Department arrived on the scene and took the intoxicated man into custody.
