Strange Occurrences Concerning Motorcycle Accident

Baytown Police are still investigating the strange  occurrences regarding a motorcycle accident that occurred on Massey Tompkins on Thursday night, January 21, 2010.  According to witnesses at the scene, the driver of the motorcycle ran into the back of a vehicle and then immediately left the scene of the accident on the back of another motorcycle that was also at the scene.  The vehicle left the scene also.   Both motorcycles were registered to the same owner.  Within minutes, the second motorcycle was spotted with two riders near the Monmouth Drive exit off  I-10 West in Channelview, Texas.  The motorcyclist managed to escape the Police.
