On Friday night, January 8, 2010, three major accidents occurred in Baytown, Texas. The first one occurred on the Spur 330 overpass inbound– near the Rollingbrook Drive exit. The accident involved two vehicles. Baytown Police, EMS and Fire Department responded to the scene. One of the victims had to be extricated from her vehicle. She was taken by Lifeflight to Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. The second accident occurred on Highway 146. The driver of a sports car pulled out into the flow of traffic and entered the middle turn lane; he then suddenly veered into the path of a vehicle in the oncoming tlane of traffic. All victims had to be extricated from their vehicles. The driver of the sports car was taken by lifeflight to Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. The third accident occurred on Garth Road when a driver exited the Walmart parking lot and was struck by another vehicle. One victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital after being extricated from his vehicle.
PS: Concerning the accident involving the sports car; the sports car collided with another vehicle with two occupants. Both occupants were taken by ambulance to the hospital.
The roof of the car was gone. I am so sorry for the victims.
