Update on Christmas Day Murder

According to the Baytown Police Department, murder charges were filed against 53-year-old Melissa Miller.  Miller was arrested on Christmas Day, December 25, 2009, for the stabbing death of 59-year-old Mark Estill.  She was given a $50,000 bond.  Miller was bonded out on December 31, 2009.  The case is assigned to the 263rd District Court.   The next court date for her arraignment is March 3, 2010.
