TEXAS AVE IN REFERENCE A POSSIBLE DROWNING. A HOMELESS B/M WAS LOCATED HALF IN THE WATER. THE B/M WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOUSTON METHODIST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM BY BAYTOWN EMS BUT HE IS EXPECTED TO BE FINE. ANOTHER HOMELESS WHITE MALE WAS ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION (OTHER SUBSTANCE). Shortly after 7 PM Tuesday night, October 22, Baytown emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a motorcycle accident on Evergreen Road. The male operator of the motorcycle was airlifted to a Houston hospital with head injuries. According to information gathered at the scene, he was not wearing a helmet.
Shortly before 10 AM Tuesday, October 22, Baytown emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a drowning. Two men fishing in the waters under the Goose Creek bridge noticed when a man fell into the water. They tried to rescue the man, but he drowned. The victim is believed to be a homeless man. On Sunday night, October 20, Mont Belvieu emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle on fire on Highway 146 in Mont Belvieu. No injuries were reported.
On Friday, October 18, a male crashed his vehicle into a pole in the 3200 block of Crosby Cedar Bayou in Baytown. Christopher Ray APODACA was arrested for public intoxication.
