A major accident occurred on Highway 146 in Mt. Belvieu on Tuesday morning, May 4, 2016. The male driver in the black vehicle in this video sustained severe head trauma when he careened into the rear of a trailer loaded with pipes. He was airlifted to Memorail Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX.
